Cancellation of Courses

For cancellations of more than 5 working days’ notice from date of booked course no fee.
For cancellations of an entire class between 5 and 2 working days’ notice from the date of booked course Alsco will charge a fee of $150 to cover our sunk expenses plus any cancellation related expenses.
For cancellations of an entire class within 1 working days’ notice from the date of a booked course Alsco will charge a fee of $350 plus any travel and or cancellation related expenses
If Alsco cancel’s the course then we would re-organise the course at our expense
For cancellations of an entire class, either on-site or on an amalgamated course due to “no shows” reducing the minimum number of students to below five (minimum requirement to hold a course), Alsco will charge a fee of $350 plus any travel and or cancellation related expenses to the Customer.

For cancellations of more than 10 working days’ notice from date of a booked course there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellations of an entire class between 10 and 2 working days’ notice from the date of booked course Alsco will charge a fee of $350 plus any cancellation related expenses.
For cancellations of an entire class within 1 working days’ notice from the date of a booked course Alsco will charge a fee of 50% of the negotiated price plus any travel and or cancellation related expenses
If the course was run as an ad hoc event and paid for up front and Alsco cancel the course Alsco will provide a full refund or book the Customer into another course within a reasonable time frame.
Alsco will a full refund for an individual student if there was a significant verifiable reason for cancellation and Alsco could not book them in to another course within a reasonable time frame.
